• Add the necessary amount of cold water to the food package and stir.
• Open the lid of the burning gel, place the burning gel on a heat-resistant surface and light the gel with a match or lighter.
• Fold the base of the Tactical Foodpack flat and place it on top of the fuel gel, using an elevation to place the pack (2 cups, 2 rocks, etc., something higher than the fuel gel).
• Hold the food package over the fuel gel until it comes to a boil, then lift the food package from the flame, close the grip and let the food stand for the time specified on the package.
• To extinguish the lighter gel, place a lid on the flame, do not blow it out!

WARNING! Keep out of reach of children! Keep container closed. In case of fire, use fire extinguisher. Wash with water after contact with skin. Oral administration prohibited!
