What shipping options are there?
Normally your order will be delivered by DHL or DPD to the address you provided. For individual orders of patches and stickers, we ship your order with Deutsche Post.
When will my order be shipped?
We have a stock (in stock) for all items that are not explicitly stated as “sold out” in our online shop.
Items are usually sent within 1 – 3 working days via DHL, DPD or Deutsche Post. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.
Experience shows that 89% of our orders within Germany are delivered on the next working day. 99% of our orders within Germany are delivered within 2 working days.
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking from us on the day of shipment. We normally only send individual orders of patches via Deutsche Post without tracking.
The item I ordered doesn't fit or how can I return an item?
You can return the item within 14 days at your own expense - if possible in the original packaging. The period begins when you or a person authorized to accept your mail receive the goods. Please also send an email with your contact details and the order number to info@onfireshop.de stating that you would like to cancel the contract and therefore send the goods back to us. We will refund you the full purchase amount as soon as we receive your email and the returned item. You can find further information about the right of withdrawal in our cancellation policy .
For example, if you would like to order an item in a different size, please return the item you do not want to us as described above and simply place a new order. This way we keep track of your customer account in accounting and the replacement item will reach you much faster!
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
So that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible, please send an email immediately to info@onfireshop.de with your contact details and order number and include photos of the damaged or incorrect goods.
How can I change personal information in my customer account?
If you have created your own customer account in the OnFire Shop, you can make the appropriate changes there.
How can I order a voucher and which payment method should I choose?
Either enter “voucher” in the search field or select the voucher section under “voucher” in the footer of our online shop. You will then be taken to the page where you can buy the “voucher”. Simply select the desired voucher amount and place the voucher in your shopping cart.
Vouchers will only be sent upon receipt of payment. If you choose the payment method “Immediate transfer”, a delay in sending the voucher (of a few days) must be taken into account. If you want/need a voucher immediately , we recommend that you use other payment methods.
Can I purchase discontinued models, photo samples, goods with cosmetic defects or B-stock from you at a reduced price?
How can I delete my customer account?
Simply send an email to info@onfireshop.de and we will delete your account. You will then receive a confirmation from us by email.
Is your website secure?
Our website has a variety of security measures in place to protect all data under our control against loss, misuse or alteration. All orders and data are transmitted through secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technologies. Your data - including credit card information and log-in password - will also be stored encrypted at all times.
